Brett Smith has been an integral part of Lifetime Docks since 2001, joining forces with Tom LeJeune to help shape the company into what it is today. With 24 years of dock-building experience, Brett has witnessed firsthand the evolution of the industry as boating continues to thrive on East Tennessee’s lakes.

His extensive hands-on expertise has prepared him for his current role—managing new dock builds at our Build Crew facility at Clearwater Cove Marina. Brett’s leadership and deep understanding of dock construction ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

With decades of experience under his belt, Brett remains dedicated to delivering top-tier docks built to last.

A Campbell County native, Justin is proud to serve the community he calls home. He is also a devoted husband and father to four beautiful elementary-aged children, and values family just as much as he values taking care of his customers.

Chad Davis holds the Lifetime Docks record for the most titles, and for good reason—he’s the ultimate team player! Originally brought on as our Purchasing Manager, Chad’s role has evolved tremendously over the years. No matter what the challenge, he’s always ready to step in and make things happen.
